Had a great stay at Kelly’s place! We were close to the lake, restaurants, & things to do. They even include a list of a bunch of recommendations. The cabin was beautiful and the back deck was so pretty.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Beds were extremely comfortable and all the decor had just the right touch to make you feel at home. We would definitely come back here!

We absolutely loved the home. We had friends visiting from Holland with an 8yr old. The yard had so much for her to do she loved it. Haven’t seen Fireflies since I was a kid… so cool. The outside patio is beautiful as is the entire home. All the reviews about the BBQ restaurant & the candy shop are true. There’s so much to do in Broken Bow & the house is conveniently located to everything. We will be back … I’ve found my escape & happy place in vacationing in Broken Bow. Thanks Kelly

The location was perfect for exploring the area, but also peaceful and relaxing at the end of the day. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Oklahoma!

We were a family of 6 visiting at the end of summer for a couple of days. We enjoyed our stay there. Our Rating: 5/5 Some observations: + Very clean and spacious house. + Kitchen had ample supplies to get started including staples like salt, oil, coffee, seasoning etc. + Locality is quiet and peaceful. + Ample places to eat in 5 mins distance. Host was responsive and helpful. Note: one bedroom has a very high seated mattress - was a little difficult for my preteen kids to get into, not a big deal as such but just something to know. Other rooms had no such challenges. Beds were nice and comfirtable.

This property is beautiful, clean , and very well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub and how peaceful it was. The host was friendly and responsive. We had the best time and would definitely love to come back!

This cabin is really beautiful and very close to the lake and hiking areas! Kelly (the host) was extremely detailed in her instructions and always responded super quick!

"Owl Be Back" was a great spot for our family to relax at the end of a summer road trip. The cabin was exactly as described and comfortable for our family of four. It had a few board games and puzzles. It is walking distance to a small market and candy shop/ice cream store, which is located off the main road. As a result you can hear some street noise, which wasn't a problem for us but just a heads up if you truly want to be in silence. Kelly's communication was excellent when I kerfuffled something with AirBnb and she was patient and willing to work with me and AirBnb. I would return to this cabin if we came back to Broken Bow.

This was our first time at broken bow but now will be one of our short weekend vacation spot. Nice games, hot tub, nestled it woods and quiet yet lively. Completely disconnected from the grind and Unforgettable experience for our family.

Amazing places for friends, families or whatever the occasion. Beautiful scenery, very nice cabin with plenty of space, amazing and friendly host who just exudes hospitality, and most importantly great for all ages. The few kids we had, and all the adults had an amazing time!

Great stay, very clean. The beds were comfy and linens were soft. Shower and soaking bath was so nice. The place was as pictured/described. Few minor things that were inconvenient: - not much room for parking - The bedroom windows lack curtains, so the rooms get pretty warm throughout the day when the sun comes in. Don’t plan on sleeping in if the sunlight wakes you up. - Be prepared to buy more toilet paper and trash bags.. not enough provided for 6 ppl/3 nights - Pool room is cool, but not functional to actually play. There’s just not enough room.

My family & I very much enjoyed our stay at Kelly's place. The location was beautful. It was quiet, calm, peaceful, easy to get to. It is 2 seperate houses; the main house and then the game room. It worked out for us because we split it between boys & girls. In reality, the house has so many things to do that you do not need to leave. It is like a 5-15 min drive from the main road and other main stores if you need to go. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The place had everything we needed and more. Instructions were clear to follow. Kelly was very responsive to us when we had questions. Place is just as described. We really enjoyed our stay here.

place is beautiful!! my boyfriend and I stayed for a night and we enjoyed every second of it! so peaceful and private! everything looked like the pictures. make sure you take a screenshot or save your door code provided because the connection it not too good till you connect to the wifi! so happy, definitely will return in the future!

Kelly was a fantastic host-super communicative and accommodating! The cabin was exactly what we needed. It was roomy, cozy, clean, and in a great location. I loved the porch where you could sit and relax. There was also a separate area to get in the pool and sit by a tv with cabana. Everything was just as described, and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be back!

Very clean! lots of information provided about check-in, local attractions, etc. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and utensils for cooking. It was a nice little stay for our family.

We stayed at Humble Beginnings Aug 3–6 with our family of four (2 adults, a teen, and a 5-year-old), and everything was absolutely perfect.The cabin was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—appliances, spices, dishes—you name it. The double oven could easily handle a Thanksgiving feast! Bathrooms had full amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more. They even provided dish and laundry soap. Every detail was thoughtfully handled.We loved the hot tub, the play set for our youngest, and the spacious patio and fire pit (with firewood provided!). All TVs were smart TVs, and the Wi-Fi was strong throughout the cabin.The location was peaceful and private, yet close to everything in Hochatown. A hidden shortcut behind Sasquatch’s Den led straight to the cabin. We went horseback riding, boating, tubing, and fishing—but our favorite part was just being together, playing games and relaxing outside.Check-in/out was seamless, and the digital welcome book was so helpful. Our host, Kelly, was amazing—quick to respond, kind, and thorough. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’re already planning to return—whether to this cabin or another one of theirs. They’ve truly set the bar for vacation rentals!

Great cabin with breathe taking views and inclusion

Loved the location of the property! Lots of room outdoor if you have a big group that wanted to hang out by the fire or even let the kids play on the play set. Loved having the creek that ran behind the house. We had 2 minor issues while being there and the owner got someone out asap to have them repaired. The cleaning could be better, the inside and outside really need a good deep clean. Blankets in the closet had dog hair on them, roll away had dog hair on it. The floors weren’t super clean either. The hot tub needs to be completely drained and cleaned really good. Entire patio needs to be cleaned off. We liked that the bathrooms weren’t in any of the rooms that way no one got woken up if someone needed the bathroom. We really liked the games that were upstairs. Would definitely stay here again!
