Great house with everything you need. Best part was how quickly our host, Kelly, responded to any question. \nWe had a great time!

Great Stay! Would go back!

The place was just like the pictures, it was beautiful. There was even a dog bed and dog toys. The beds were very comfortable and big. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were very happy with this rental and I recommend it.

Very cute and relaxing. Will definitely go back!

This was the perfect little getaway. It was off a quiet road with only a 15-20 minute drive into downtown. She gives a guide of recommended food and activities, also communicates very quickly and polite.

Kelly was very responsive and took care of any needs we had right away. Overall it was a beautiful house and great stay!

Beautiful house and excellent service! Just don’t know why many requirements prior departure since they are asking to leave 11:00 and have 5 hours to clean the house. Other than that excellent house and we would love to comeback

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful home.

Beautiful home in a great location. Host answered any questions we had really quickly and we had no issues with the booking process or property at all.

Easy and relaxing stay.

Perfect spot for 4 families with kids. We celebrated New Years with 8 adults and 8 kids. Property was in excellent condition, great layout and plenty to keep the kids busy on property. Easy drive to any activities in Broken Bow. We will definitely be back!!

Great place , everything was a short drive !

Awesome, affordable place to stay for a group of people - the location is especially great. You can't go wrong!\n\nJust keep in mind that the home is technically two different properties right next to each other, which wasn't clear in the description before we arrived. Was only a slight issue because of the cold weather, otherwise no problem!

Fantastic place to stay!

Amazing place and amazing host!

Our stay was great and had plenty of room for all our guests. Easy access to activities and things to do.

Great getaway spot to take the family, Super comfortable & great views overall great experience.

Beautiful cabin! Huge deck for outdoor activities.

Everything was really nice and the kitchen was loaded with all the cooking utensils that I needed which was a huge plus… especially being a mom of 4 boys that I had to cook for😂 Love the cabin & it looks much bigger & wayy nicer in person. Every room has its own bathroom! Master suite shower was soo relaxing & spacious. Kelly had the Christmas tree setup for me & my family which made it feel like Christmas at home. She was truly a great host… Definitely would love to come back and rent the same cabin in the future.

The cabin was great. We enjoyed our time there. Kelly was great communicating in a timely manner. We’ll definitely book here again if we’re back in Broken Bow.

Kelly was a great host and provided clear communications and instructions. We had a great time staying at the cabin.

Great stay! The cabin was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway would definitely stay again

Wonderful weekend getaway! The house had everything needed for a big family stay. Beautiful scenery, surrounded by neighbors but still had a private feel. The house was spotless and we could tell that it was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. If you’re heading to Broken Bow/Hochatown - check out Kelly’s listing!

Cozy Casio House The house and amenities were amazing. Love the coziness and warmth of the house. Plenty of room for everyone. That the air would only go down to 67 degrees in the main house. I sleep very hot and I wasn't able to to sleep very well. We had to go to the store and buy a fan. Also I would suggest putting tvs in the bedrooms.this will help guest to unwind before bed.

Love the Host!!!! Responded back fast. Lovely cabin!!! I will book again

Beautiful cabin! Just as advertised! Several cabins close by but still feels secluded

Kelly was an amazing hostess. She was extremely responsive and talked me through a few things within minutes to help me understand how to use certain things. The place is absolutely amazing and worth every penny. I will be coming back to try another cabin of Kelly’s. I don’t have any reservations or concerns that she won’t be as attentive and gracious as she was during my recent visit! Thanks Kelly!

We enjoyed our stay, we had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the cabin number was not provided before arrival which took us awhile to find the cabin, but once we messaged Kelly she provided details and we were able to locate the cabin.
