Where It Began
A family story, since 1997
Our story started in 1997 when Gavin and Kelly George got married and began building a life together. From California to Texas in 2004, every move taught us what it means to make a place feel like home.
That instinct, to make people comfortable and welcome, is what eventually turned into Broken Bow Family Cabins.
Spring 2020
Discovering Broken Bow
In the spring of 2020 we took a trip to Broken Bow and fell in love with the pines, the lake, and the slower pace. We knew right away this little corner of Oklahoma was special.
We bought our first piece of land in Hochatown and started planning cabins we would want to stay in ourselves.
